At 10 o'clock on the morning of December 9, 2008, the completion ceremony of Grandsun Industrial Park was grandly opened. Nan Ling, deputy secretary general of the municipal government and director of the Municipal Reform Office, represented Xu Qin, the executive deputy mayor of Shenzhen, at the ceremony and delivered an important speech. Wu Yihuan, deputy head of Longgang District, Huang Huibo, director of Pingdi Subdistrict Office, Alay Yang, Consul General of New Zealand in Guangzhou, and Tony, chairman of Phitek's board of directors, respectively delivered their congratulatory speech.
